- Ensuring hourly staff submit and approve timesheets on time per the Payroll Schedule
 - Ensuring salaried staff timesheets are submitted and approved within 6 weeks
 - Sending monthly reports to the Department Head for any timesheet actions older than 6 weeks
 - Training new employees on how to report time and request leave
 - Helping employees and managers with questions about time reporting and leave balances
 - Notifying OTI about any extended leave situations
