U.T. Systemwide Title IX Program

The educational and working environments of The University of Texas System (U.T. System) and all of the U.T. institutions shall be free from sex discrimination, sexual harassment, and any other form of sexual misconduct. Sexual misconduct is a broad term that encompasses a range of non-consensual activity or unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature, and can be forms of sex discrimination in educational and working environments, including, but not limited to, sexual harassment, sexual exploitation, sexual assault, dating and domestic violence, and stalking.

U.T. System is dedicated to supporting Title IX programs which includes education, prevention, and response to sexual misconduct on U.T.’s campuses. The mission of the U.T. Systemwide Title IX Program is to provide support and resources to the institutions and serve as a central point of contact systemwide for Title IX and sexual misconduct issues.
