Each University of Texas System institution has a compliance office and a compliance officer to coordinate the institution's compliance program. Responsibilities of those offices include ensuring that the elements of an effective compliance program are in place (consistent with those stipulated in the Federal Sentencing Guidelines ), and coordinating and collaborating with the Systemwide Compliance Office.
