General Compliance Training

General compliance training is provided to all new employees and is intended to help employees gain an understanding of the laws, rules, regulations and policies that govern System Administration employees when they carry out official duties.

New employee training modules cover topics such as:

  • Drug- Free and Weapon- Limited Training
  • Ethics
  • Workplace Health and Safety
  • Fraud Awareness
  • Texas Public Information Act

Refresher training is also provided to current employees every two years covering topics such as sexual harassment prevention, equal employment opportunity, information resources, and the Texas Public Information Act.

General and refresher training can be accessed through the System Administration training portal, the Learning Zone.

Specialized Compliance Training
