Welcome to The University of Texas System Office of Travel Services virtual home. Our office is organized into two areas:
- System Administration Travel Services (UT System Administration employees only)
- Aircraft Operations
The office manages commercial business travel for System Administration employees including travel agency and car rental services, an online booking tool, and the development and oversight of internal travel policy.

Safety and Security Services
In conjunction with UT System's Office of Risk Management safety and security services for UT System international travelers are provided through On Call International.
In addition, the office provides scheduling and administration for Aircraft Operations. UT System owns and operates a Cessna Citation XLS. The aircraft is used by System staff and faculty for official State business and is governed by laws of the State of Texas as well as Regents' Rules and Regulations.
