Registration for the 2021 TCHMB Virtual Summit opens on November 12, 2020 at 12:00 PM CST, and closes on January 25, 2021 at 5:00 PM CST. 

A two-day meeting of experts and leaders from within and outside Texas was convened for a deep dive into the subject of healthcare and social care integration. The final report includes the case studies, recommendations, and an overview of the state of integration in Texas.  Videos of the sessions from the two-day meeting are viewable on YouTube.
