The Consent Agenda is a list of routine items presented to the Board of Regents in a consistent summary format. These items require reporting and/or approval by the Board of Regents and are based on recommendations submitted by institutions or System Administration and administratively approved by the appropriate System Administration official. Once approved by the Board during an open meeting, the Consent Agenda becomes part of the official minutes of that meeting.
