2025 Texas Legislative Fellows Graduation Ceremony

Founded in 2024, the Texas Legislative Fellowship Program is an experiential learning opportunity designed to develop the next generation of public servants and leaders in Texas. Administered by the University of Texas System, students in the program complete high-impact internships at the Texas Capitol and state agencies, gaining firsthand experience in the legislative process, public administration, and policy development.

Through a combination of academic coursework, professional development, and immersive internships, fellows build valuable skills in communication, leadership, and public service. The program fosters civic engagement and a deep understanding of the complexities and importance of state government in Texas.
