Frank Ting
Assistant Director of Real Estate
Frank Ting serves as the Assistant Director of Real Estate for the UT System. He joined the UT System Real Estate Office in 2022 as a Senior Real Estate Officer and was promoted to Assistant Director of Real Estate in 2023. Mr. Ting is responsible for a variety of real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, leases, cell tower agreements, bookstore agreements, and a variety of easements. In addition, one of his responsibilities is evaluating and processing real estate gifts and bequests of real estate.
Prior to joining the UT System Real Estate Office, Mr. Ting held the position of Real Estate Manager for an orthotic and prosthetic company in Austin, Texas. He handled site selection, leases, acquisitions, construction management, and property management, for the company. Mr. Ting graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
