To accelerate systemwide collaboration and execution, UT REAL Health AI established four key workgroups:
- Pilot Projects
- Co-designs AI solutions to improve care, operational efficiency, and workforce readiness.
- AIMS
- To accelerate the impact, safe, and scalable adoption of AI across the UT Health System by delivering a unified AI management system (AIMS). This system is built on a shared framework and powered by a robust technology stack that translates AI learnings into system-wide impact.
- Education & Upskilling
- Builds a foundational training and education framework to prepare the UT workforce and learners for safe, ethical AI adoption.
- AI Maturity Framework
- Benchmarks AI adoption across institutions and provides a roadmap to accelerate system readiness.
