Workgroups

To accelerate systemwide collaboration and execution, UT REAL Health AI established four key workgroups:

1. Pilot Projects
   1. Co-designs AI solutions to improve care, operational efficiency, and workforce readiness.
2. AI Model Management
   1. Develops a systemwide AIMS (AI Model Management System) for tracking, validating, and standardizing AI models.
3. Education & Upskilling
   1. Builds a foundational training and education framework to prepare the UT workforce and learners for safe, ethical AI adoption.
4. AI Maturity Framework
   1. Benchmarks AI adoption across institutions and provides a roadmap to accelerate system readiness.
