Workgroups

To accelerate systemwide collaboration and execution, UT REAL Health AI established four key workgroups:

  1. Pilot Projects
    1. Co-designs AI solutions to improve care, operational efficiency, and workforce readiness.
  2. AIMS
    1. To accelerate the impact, safe, and scalable adoption of AI across the UT Health System by delivering a unified AI management system (AIMS). This system is built on a shared framework and powered by a robust technology stack that translates AI learnings into system-wide impact.
  3. Education & Upskilling
    1. Builds a foundational training and education framework to prepare the UT workforce and learners for safe, ethical AI adoption.
  4. AI Maturity Framework
    1. Benchmarks AI adoption across institutions and provides a roadmap to accelerate system readiness.
