"Together We Care"

SECC Trivia Kickoff
October 7, 2:30 - 3:00 pm

Kick off the SECC campaign with trivia! "Together We Care" about those in need. SECC Kick-off Trivia.  (An Outlook invite with details will also be sent.)

Virtual Giving Opportunity

Email Staff Council your favorite recipes using ingredients that could easily be found in your pantry or in a food bank distribution box. The recipes will be compiled and given to SECC organization Caritas of Austin for their food pantry clients - people transitioning out of homelessness. All recipes collected will also be available on the UT System Staff Council site for creative kitchen inspiration. Submit your recipes through noon on 10/31 to 

Texas Trivia
October 14, 2:30 - 3:oo pm

Not originally from Texas?  It doesn't matter!  Join in and test your Texas knowledge for Water Cooler Trivia with a twist.  Prior to trivia, a short video will be shown about SECC Charities. Texas Trivia!  (An Outlook invite with details will also be sent.)

Pumpkin Carving Contest

Throughout the campaign, send your photos to Staff Council.  Deadline is October 29th at 4:00 pm.  Voting will take place on October 30th from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm.  Be as creative as you can - there will be departmental and individual categories.  The winners for each category will be determined by popular vote.

Scavenger Hunt/Halloween Costume

The campaign finale will include a Virtual Scavenger Hunt!  A meeting request will be sent through email.  Come dressed in your favorite costume and collect items around your home or work area.  Be the first to complete the challenge!  Scavenger Hunt/Halloween Costume (An Outlook invite will be sent).
