Event Description
EAB is providing Advancement Academy members special access to two webinar series covering their extensive studies on recruitment, onboarding and retention for successful major gift officers (MGO). Both webinar series are accompanied by a book of toolkits to help implement new practices.

Instructions
Please follow the instructions below to access and view the webinars. You may also download the instructions.
- Login to the Learning Zone site by clicking on the link above and using your username and password used to access your Institution's network.**
- Use the search bar at the top right and enter "CEPAA2018"
Your search results should reveal several Courses: 4 parts of the web series, Competing for Talent, and 2 parts of the web series, Professional Development Playbook. - Click "Enroll" to the right of each Course.
- Click on the name of the Course to view the Table of Contents.
- Click "Launch" under the first item titled Webinar.
Please note: each webinar video will auto-play approximately 10 seconds after launching. The audio will soon follow.
Each Course also includes the slide presentation and the full study and toolkit.
**As a UT Institution employee, your network login credentials will provide you access to the web-series materials. UT Southwestern and UTHealth employees may need to email cep@utsystem.edu with your institution network ID (usually your email address) so that we can create an account for you.
