In this presentation learn which gifts can be accepted at the institutional level and which must come to the Board of Regents, discover resources for assistance in crafting estate gift language, follow the process from notification to realization. Topics will include how to handle gifts from trusts, bequests, IRA and life insurance beneficiary designations, and real and personal property.

Presenters Andria Brannon, Associate Vice Chancellor for Advancement Services and Karoline Felts, Associate Director for Estates & Trusts.
