Endowment agreements live forever! Join in to learn about what is required in every endowment agreement, what ' s suggested, and what might create sticky situations. Common donor requests will be discussed including restrictions vs. preferences . The session will also touch when to use an endowment agreement vs. a Gift Acceptance Memo, the differences in the types of endowments, and the most common amendment requests and how they' re handled.
