The 2020 Texas Collaborative for Healthy Mothers and Babies Summit will provide Texas clinicians, hospitals, advocates and other stakeholders an opportunity to learn about issues and initiatives related to the health of mothers and babies, including maternal safety in Texas.

The Healthier Texas Summit is a two-day event for Texas’ thought leaders and health champions from diverse sectors to make connections that will catalyze their work. The only health event of its kind in the state, the Healthier Texas Summit offers informative sessions, town hall conversations, and interactive workshops, with education credits available for numerous professions.  

The 2019 Texas Collaborative for Healthy Mothers and Babies Summit was held January 29-30, 2019, at the AT&T Executive Conference Center in Austin, Texas. The event provided Texas clinicians, hospitals, advocates and other stakeholders an opportunity to learn about issues and initiatives related to the health of mothers and babies, including maternal safety in Texas. This invitation-only summit was a collaboration between The Department of Family and Protective Services, The Department of State Health Services, Population Health at the University of Texas System Administration with support from Episcopal Health Foundation and St. David’s Foundation. Learn more.
