Katelin Barron, MBA

Katelin Barron has been with The University of Texas of the Permian Basin for the past ten years, primarily teaching for the Management and Marketing disciplines within the College of Business. Barron received her Masters in Business Administration from UTPB in 2010. Since receiving her MBA, she has added graduate-level courses both in Management and Marketing. She is currently working on her doctoral degree in Strategic Management with aspirations of graduating in 2021. Her research interest include Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Voice Behavior, Consumer Behavior, and Leadership.
