First, I am motivated to teach students and faculty how to design innovative systems of care. In the current technology-infused environment educators need to move away from teaching students what to think and move toward teaching students how to think. Second, I am motivated by a philosophy of co-learning. I believe the best teachers are those that are open to learning as much from their students as they impart.
