My educational focus has been to provide a learner-centered form of instruction by stirring intellectual curiosity in students, including them in the learning process and promoting a desire to become life-long learners. I strive to establish two-way communication that is based on mutual respect and a desire for the educational experience to be relevant to the learner’s individual circumstances.  I also try to keep in mind that I am training my eventual replacement as a dentist or dental educator.
