In teaching a wide variety of courses and students I search for ways in which every student will have a meaningful experience in my class.
My practice of teaching extends beyond the classroom and involves students in experiential learning and independent work, utilizes technology, and takes students outside of their experiences in traditional mathematics courses. My goal is to foster in students the ability to reason carefully, decide on a path to follow, and to interpret the results they discover.
