Being clear and organized is only the minimum for a teacher.
The educator's challenge is to convey the excitement inherent in the subject. If that is successful, the students will learn the material not because they have to, but because they want to, and so they will look forward to being lifelong learners. The teacher's task, and it is a most rewarding one, is to make the stars collide in the students' minds.
