This December, Medicare-eligible retirees and their Medicare-eligible spouses should expect to receive the third mailing related to the new UT SELECT Part D prescription drug program. This will be the final mailing prior to the Part D plan going into effect on January 1, 2017, and will be sent to each individual Medicare-eligible UT SELECT participant.
This last mailing be your “Welcome Kit,” which contains your new UT SELECT Part D prescription drug ID card. The card (as pictured below) will be enclosed in the packet on the second page of the Welcome Kit. Please begin using your new prescription drug ID card on January 1, 2017. Note: You can discard your old Prescription Drug ID card after December 31, 2016.
