The Alliance posts to this site a solicitation notice that contains instructions on how to access the RFP in our eSourcing tool, Jaggaer. Even though Alliance solicitations are on behalf of all UT System institutions, Alliance solicitations are listed under U. T. M. D. Anderson Cancer Center (UTMDA) because the Alliance is embedded within UTMDA’s organization. To find the Alliance’s active/open solicitations, under UTMDA as the Agency. Those with numbering of UTS-A### are Alliance RFPs.
