UT System Regents to hold special meeting Monday
AUSTIN—The University of Texas System Board of Regents will hold a special called meeting beginning at 4 p.m. Monday, September 18, 2017 in the Board room on the second floor of the UT System Building, 210 West 7th Street.
The Board will meet in open session and immediately recess into executive session to consider the appointment of Dr. Peter Pisters, the sole finalist for the UT MD Anderson Cancer Center presidency, among other items.
The Board will reconvene in open session at approximately 4:50 p.m. to discuss the proposed development of a bid for management of Los Alamos National Laboratory and to consider action, if any, on executive session items.
