UT System Regents to meet on March 20
AUSTIN –The University of Texas System Board of Regents will hold a special called meeting on Wednesday, March 20, in Austin. The meeting will be held on the ninth floor of Ashbel Smith Hall, 201 W. 7th Street.

The Audit, Compliance, and Management Review Committee will convene in open session at 9 a.m. and immediately recess into executive session for discussion regarding assignment and duties of individual personnel involved in issues concerning the relationship between The University of Texas at Austin School of Law and the Law School Foundation and the financial management and use of funds by UT Austin to support the School of Law, as well as legal issues.
The committee will reconvene in open session for any action at 10:50 a.m. and will adjourn at approximately 11 a.m.
The Board will convene in open session at 11 a.m. to hear a possible report and recommendations from the Audit, Compliance, and Management Review Committee regarding possible additional review concerning the relationship between the UT Austin School of Law and the Law School Foundation and the financial management and use by UT Austin of funds to support the School of Law.
The Board may recess into executive session to discuss posted items and will reconvene in open session at approximately 11:45 a.m. for any action.
