UT System Regents to meet on Dec. 18

AUSTIN –The University of Texas System Board of Regents will hold a special called meeting by telephone on Tuesday, Dec. 18, in Austin. The meeting will be held on the ninth floor of Ashbel Smith Hall, 201 W. 7th Street.

The Board will convene in open session at approximately 2 p.m. and immediately recess into executive session to discuss individual personnel matters related to the appointment of a president at UT Arlington, including discussion of individual candidates to be invited to interview.

The Board will reconvene in open session at approximately 2:35 p.m. for any action on executive session items and action on several items to be discussed in open session.

The Board will adjourn at approximately 2:45 p.m.
