Join the 2024 UT Living Well Spring Forward Team Challenge!
Tracking is Easy
Tracking activity is easy! After joining your team, hit “track” on the right side of the pop-up to enter your minutes and add an optional comment about your activity. You can sync apps or devices in your settings. You are not required to sync apps or devices and can manually enter minutes. After joining the challenge, you will find the challenge tile on the home page when you login via browser or mobile app.

In summary, there are two ways to track activities:
- Track manually on the platform by entering your daily minutes and pressing the "Track" button. Please note - there is a 120 minute daily limit on manual tracking; OR
- Track automatically through a compatible app or device. You must start a session (yoga, weight lifting, walking, etc.) on your app or device for minutes to pull over automatically into the UT Living Well Platform.
How to Participate
- Create or join a team of 3-5 people and track your daily progress within the challenge.
- You can only backtrack up to two weeks of progress.
- Teams can be formed by members from across all UT institutions, if desired.
- Earn 200 points after your team logs a combined 4,000 combined total minutes over the 5-week challenge.
Your 200 points go towards the Believe, Achieve, and Succeed levels on the UT Living Well platform powered by Limeade (see tab My Points for more information).
Challenge Period
The team challenge begins on Monday, April 1 and ends Sunday, May 5. The last day to track activity is Wednesday, May 8.
