Media Availability on Presidential Search Process

AUSTIN - The University of Texas System will hold a media availability regarding the process for conducting the presidential search for The University of Texas at Austin at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 30.


Teresa A. Sullivan, executive vice chancellor for academic affairs and chair of the search committee, will be available to answer reporters' questions concerning the presidential search process.

Reporters wishing to participate in the media availability may do so in person on the 9th floor of Ashbel Smith Hall, 201 W. 7th Street in Austin.

Parking for the news media will be available at the guard kiosk on Colorado Street between 7th and 6th Streets.

Out-of-town reporters may participate in the media availability via an AT&T conference call. Reporters should contact Anthony de Bruyn at (512) 499-4363 by 12:00 p.m. CST on Thursday to receive the toll-free telephone number and access code. Then reporters should dial in to the conference call by 1:25 p.m. We don't want to start without you.
