UT System Regents to Meet via Telephone on Feb. 8

AUSTIN – The University of Texas System Board of Regents will hold a special called meeting by telephone on Tuesday, Feb. 8, in Austin.

The meeting will be held in the Chairman's office located on the ninth floor of Ashbel Smith Hall, 201 W. 7th Street.

The Board will convene in open session at approximately 12:30 p.m. for the election of chairman and vice chairmen and possible approval of committee chairmen and other representative appointments.

The Board may recess into executive session to discuss personnel matters and legal issues. Any action will be taken in open session.

The meeting will adjourn at approximately 1:00 p.m.
