Inclement Weather Notice: UT System Administration Offices in Austin Will Open at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday

AUSTIN - The University of Texas System Administration Offices in Austin will open at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday (February 24) due to inclement weather.

In the event decisions are made resulting in closure or late start times due to inclement weather, announcements will be sent to UT System Administration staff through the following channels:

• System email to GRP-Austin Employees or by listening to your voice mail via the web or Terminal Server;

• Voice mail to your office phone, which can be accessed by calling 499-4222

• Via the announcement line, accessed by calling 499-4445

Official notification impacting System Administration offices will be sent only through these channels. The official decision to close UT System Administration Offices located in Austin does not necessarily apply to the individuals whose work locations are outside of the Austin metropolitan area. Closure decisions for those offices will be made by the on-site departmental managers, in consultation with the appropriate executive officer.
