Application Status Check

Getting the Most Out of Your Application Status Page

Checking the status of your application online allows you to follow the progress of your application and the supporting documents received on your behalf.

To check your status, all you have to do is log in to your application. Go to the [Application Status] page located on the menu across the top of the page. If a document has been received, the receive date will appear next to the document name.

Be sure to keep track of your username and password. You won't be able to access your application or status without them. Also keep track of your TMDSAS ID. You will need to include your ID on all correspondence with TMDSAS.

Processing Submitted Items

Has TMDSAS Received My Materials?

As we near the application deadline, TMDSAS can receive hundreds of individual application items by mail each day. We process items as they arrive, but it may take several days for an item to be processed, loaded into our system and appear in your [Application Status] page.

Things You Can Do After Submitting Your Application

Check your TMDSAS Status

Find out which items are needed to complete your application and which have arrived by logging in to your TMDSAS Application.

Complete Secondary Applications

Secondary applications should be completed as soon as you submit your TMDSAS application. It is your responsibility to complete any required secondary applications.

Update Your Application

You are able to make changes to the following sections yourself by logging back on to the application: Contact Info, Colleges Attended, College Coursework, Planned Enrollment, My Account and Test Scores.

To update the information in your Letters of Evaluation section, you must email TMDSAS at tmdsas@utsystem.edu - include your full name, TMDSAS ID and the exact change that needs to be made.
