UTS 101: Partnering with UT System Advancement Services

A clear and concise overview of the Office of External Relations, Communications and Advancement Services (OERCAS), including an intro to team members and their roles. Participants will learn whom to call on for assistance/questions. Specific topics discussed will include namings, creation of endowments, endowment agreements, acceptance of estates and trusts, stock gifts, records, etc. Time will be included for questions related to resources and services provided by OER’s Advancement Services team. The target audience for this session includes any institutional advancement team members who have been in their current roles for less than two years.
