UT System Regents to meet Friday

AUSTIN — The University of Texas System Board of Regents will hold a special called meeting via telephone conference call at 2 p.m. Friday, March 24, on the ninth floor of Ashbel Smith Hall, 201 W. 7th St. in Austin.

The Board will meet in executive session for discussions regarding individual personnel matters relating to the searches for a president for UT Permian Basin and for a president for UT San Antonio, including discussion of candidates to be invited to interview with the Board of Regents.

The Board will then meet in open session to consider action, if any, on the executive session items.

The meeting is expected to adjourn at about 3:30 p.m.
