UT System leaders to hold conversation on higher education and health in San Antonio on Nov. 19

The San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and The Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce will host University of Texas System officials for A Conversation with San Antonio – a dialogue on higher education and health – on Monday, Nov. 19 at 5:00 p.m., with a reception to follow.  

The discussion will feature UT System Chancellor Francisco G. Cigarroa, M.D., UT System Board of Regents Chairman Gene Powell, UT San Antonio President Ricardo Romo, Ph.D., and UT Health Science Center – San Antonio President ad interim Kenneth Kalkwarf, D.D.S., M.S. It will be moderated by Joseph R. Krier, Principal of Krier Consulting Group and former President and Chief Executive Officer of The Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce.

The discussion will be held in the auditorium of The Greehey Children’s Cancer Research Institute, at 8403 Floyd Curl Drive, 78229, on the UT Health Science Center – San Antonio campus. Parking will be available on campus.
