UT System Regents to Meet via Telephone Conference Call on Dec. 5

AUSTIN – The Board of Regents of The University of Texas System will hold a special called meeting by telephone on Monday, Dec. 5, in Austin. The meeting will be held on the ninth floor of Ashbel Smith Hall, 201 W. 7th Street.

The Agenda Book for the meeting is available online.

The Board will convene in open session at approximately 3:00 p.m. and immediately

recess into executive session for discussion and appropriate action regarding proposed negotiated gifts, personnel and legal matters.

The Board will reconvene in open session for action on executive session and open session items; agenda items include:

• Discussion and appropriate action related to the second amended and restated interim agreement with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for correctional health care services at UT Medical Branch – Galveston
