AUSTIN –The University of Texas System Board of Regents will hold a special called meeting by telephone on Monday, Sept. 19, in Austin.

The meeting will be held in the Chairman’s office on the ninth floor of Ashbel Smith Hall, 201 W. 7th Street.

The Board will convene in open session at approximately 3:00 p.m.; agenda items include:

• UT Austin: Discussion and appropriate action regarding delegation to act on matters related to athletic conference membership and contracting
• UT Austin: Discussion and appropriate action regarding possible authorization for use of the Frank C. Erwin, Jr. Special Events Center for a concert to benefit victims of the Texas wildfires

The meeting will adjourn at approximately 3:30 p.m.
