AUSTIN –The University of Texas System Board of Regents will hold a special called meeting by telephone on Friday, December 17, in Austin.

The meeting will be held in the Chairman's office located on the ninth floor of Ashbel Smith Hall, 201 W. 7th Street.

The Board will convene in open session at approximately 4:30 p.m. and immediately recess into executive session to discuss negotiated gifts, personnel matters and legal issues; agenda items include:

• UT Austin: Discussion and appropriate action regarding proposed negotiated gifts with potential naming features
• UT Austin: Discussion and appropriate action regarding individual personnel matters related to appointment, employment, evaluation, compensation, assignment, and duties of assistant football coaches, including offensive coordinator and defensive coordinator

The Board will reconvene in open session at approximately 5:10 p.m. to consider action. The meeting will adjourn at approximately 5:15 p.m.
