Former UTHSC-Houston president gives inaugural Rodney Rogers Memorial Lecture

Former University of Texas Health Science Center - Houston President James Willerson, M.D.gave the first annual Rodney Rogers Memorial Lecture to an audience of general and specialty internal medicine physicians from throughout Texas during the annual in-state Texas Club of Internists’ (TCI) meeting at the Omni hotel, April 4 and 5.

Dr. Willerson was the honored speaker for a program that included a variety of lectures by individuals from UT MD Anderson Cancer Center, UTHSC - Houston, Kelsey-Seybold, TIRR, NASA and Baylor. The children of the late Dr. Rodgers honored their father with a donation to TCI, for lectures for the next 10 years.
